Value and Establishment of Curriculum in Teaching Tea Culture for Higher Education

  • In recent years, the Ministry of Education repeatedly encourages collegesand universities to include programs on tea culture for promoting theideological and political teaching. By integrating the traditional culture intocolleges curriculum valuable results could be realized. Since the spirit andconnotation of tea culture is deeply instilled in our nation, the teaching willbe consistent with the belief system of the students. The programs can not onlywiden the boundary of education but also enhance affinity and practicability instudents’ lives. The new curriculum provides an effective venue fordisseminating information and preaching "to put knowledge intoaction" for the institutions. To implement the program, applicable andefficient teaching methods and models are presented.
