硒对茶树生长发育、品质成分及营养元素的影响

Effects of Selenium on Growth, Quality, and Nutrients of Tea Plants

  • 摘要: 硒是一种人体必需的微量营养元素。严重缺硒会导致克山病、大骨节病、白内障等疾病的发生,而食用富含硒元素的食品是缺硒群体最有效的一种补硒方式。茶树是一种天然富硒能力较强的植物,且茶树叶片是硒积累的主要器官,因此通过日常饮用富硒茶或食用富硒茶食品可作为人体补硒的理想途径,从而起到维持人体健康的功效。基于目前富硒茶相关研究取得的进展,本文从茶树对硒的吸收能力,硒对茶树生长发育、品质成分及营养元素的影响等方面进行了综述,以期对目前存在的问题和未来研究方向提供重要参考依据。

     

    Abstract: An essential micronutrient, selenium (Se) in severe deficiency can lead to Keshan, Kashin-beck, cataract, and other diseases in humans. Ingestion of Se-rich food is one of the most effective ways to ensure an adequate Se supply for good health. Tea plants are naturally capable of accumulating Se, particularly in the leaves. Therefore, drinking tea or eating foods using tea as an ingredient can effectively help meet the nutritional requirement. Subjects on Se enrichment of tea and health are beginning to draw attention by the scientific community. This article reviews the published reports relating to the absorption and effects of Se on the growth, development, and quality of tea plants and discusses the areas of interest for further studies.
