茶文化的育人功能及其融入思政课教师高质量发展路径研究

  • 摘要: 教育领域的高质量发展,关键在于教师队伍的高质量建设。作为中华优秀文化的重要组成,茶文化积淀千年文化精华,是建设高质量教师队伍的重要文化载体。将茶文化蕴含坚定立场、精神塑造、文化认同的育人功能融入思政课教师建设之中,从“言道、育情、修身、拓界”四个方面,为教师巩固政治素养、厚植树人情怀、培养端正人格、拓宽教学视野提供有效路径,切实推动思政课教师的高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: Well-equipped competent teachers are essential for high-quality education. Being an integrated component of Chinese culture, tea drinking and ceremony embraces the thousand years of national tradition and intangible treasures. It is an invisible but indispensable carrier of culture behind the human development for the Chinese people. Hence, highly qualified educators deeply knowledgeable on tea culture can critically benefit the students and the essence of tea culture included in school curriculum can immensely aid the spiritual building and cultural identifying of the young citizens. To integrate the teaching into the education system, a teacher can pass on the ideological and political beliefs through the tasks of disseminating fundamental information, nurturing respectable mind, cultivating virtuous morality, and expanding horizon to plant the benevolent humanity, upright personal integrity, and broadened world view into the mind of the individuals in school. Thereby, productive and functional citizens could be developed to warrant a healthy and progressive nation for the years to come.
