白僵菌颗粒剂对土壤中茶丽纹象甲的防治效果

Control Efficacy of Beauveria bassiana on Myllocerinus aurolineatus at Tea Plantations

    目的 白僵菌是控制茶丽纹象甲种群发生的重要因子之一。明确不同剂量白僵菌颗粒剂对茶园丽纹象甲幼虫、蛹的防治效果,为今后茶丽纹象甲的田间生物防治提供参考。
    方法 将前期筛选到的白僵菌Bb338菌株,利用大米发酵制成颗粒剂拌土后,按照3种剂量(7.50、3.75、1.50 g·m−2)分别均匀撒施在茶蓬下方地表和茶行间,调查土壤中丽纹象甲幼虫和蛹的数量。
    结果 撒施白僵菌颗粒剂7.50 g·m−2,施药后10 d,防治效果为60.23%;施药后30 d,防治效果达73.68%。施药后40 d,施高、中、低剂量白僵菌颗粒剂防治效果依次为71.93%、68.63%和27.27%。
    结论 撒施高剂量(7.50 g·m−2)白僵菌颗粒剂对茶丽纹象甲具有较好的防治效果。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Efficacy of applying Beauveria bassiana as a biological agent to control Myllocerinus aurolineatus Voss at tea plantations was evaluated.
    Method In a rice fermentation medium, purified B. bassiana Bb338 was cultured, collected, and made into granules for the experiment. Varying dosages of the granules were blended into soil and evenly spread on the ground under tea bushes and between rows at the plantation lot. Numbers of M. aurolineatus larvae and pupae in the soil at the treatment lot were counted in a span of 40 d.
    Result Ten days after applying 7.50 g·m−2 of the granules, a 60.23% control effect was observed. In 30 d, the control reached 73.68%. Under varied application dosages for 40 d, the granule showed a control effect of 71.93% with a 7.50 g·m−2 treatment, one of 68.63% with 3.75 g·m−2 treatment, and one of 27.27% with 1.50 g·m−2 treatment.
    Conclusion The application of B. bassiana granules at a rate of 7.50 g·m−2 on soil appeared effective in controlling the weevil infestation at tea plantations.
