福建特异茶树种质资源研究进展

Research Progress on Specialty Tea Germplasms of Fujian

  • 摘要: 福建省茶树种质资源丰富,特异资源种类繁多,这些茶树特异资源为研究茶树遗传多样性和茶树生物化学特性发挥重要的作用。茶树特异资源研究有利于拓展茶树资源利用的广度与深度,实现更高的市场价值。本文综述了福建地区高氨基酸、高茶多酚、高咖啡碱、低咖啡碱、高苦茶碱、高EGCG、高EGCG3"Me、叶色变异、高香型等茶树资源的研究进展,对今后茶树特异品种资源应用方向进行展望,以期为茶树遗传育种的研究重点提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Abundant varieties of teas are unique in Fujian that need be carefully preserved. Being vital for the conservation of genetic diversity and biochemical characteristics, these specialty germplasms are critical in breeding new varieties and improving market value of the existing cultivars. This article reviews the studies on the teas with high contents of amino acids, polyphenols, caffeine (or low), theacrine, EGCG, and/or EGCG3"Me, as well as varied leaf colors and aromatics. Potential applications of some of these germplasms are discussed.
