‘金牡丹’茶园化肥减施技术模式筛选

Reduced Use of Chemical Fertilizer in 'Jinmudan' Tea Cultivation

    目的 筛选‘金牡丹’茶园化肥减施技术模式,充分发挥金牡丹品种的优质增效作用。
    方法 2020—2022年通过田间定位试验研究不施肥(CK)、常规施肥(CF)、茶树专用有机无机复混肥(SF)、商品有机肥与茶树专用有机无机复混肥(OM+SF)4种茶园化肥施用模式对金牡丹茶园茶叶产量、生化指标与白茶制茶品质的影响,其中SF、OM+SF为化肥减施技术模式,化肥分别减量施用34%与28%。
    结果 邵武、福安栽培点产量、游离氨基酸总量、茶多酚含量最高的均为OM+SF模式,不同模式之间咖啡碱变化规律不一致,OM+SF及SF模式白茶感官审评得分显著高于其他模式,聚类分析显示同一地点不同施肥模式相关性较高,栽培地点影响金牡丹品种的产量、制白茶品质与生化指标等综合性状。
    结论 OM+SF是金牡丹茶园化肥减施的适宜模式。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Reduced application of chemical fertilizer in cultivating a variety of Jinmudan tea was investigated.
    Method A field positioning experiment on Jinmudan tea bushes was conducted from 2020 to 2022 at tea plantation lots without chemical fertilization (CK) or under either conventional fertilization (CF), a combined organic/inorganic fertilizer designed for tea cultivation with 34% reduction on chemical fertilizer use (SF), or a commercial organic fertilizer plus SF with 28% chemical fertilizer reduction (OM+SF). Yield and biochemical indicators of the tea plants were determined, and quality of the brewed tea evaluated.
    Result On the lots at the Shaowu and Fu'an sites, the OM+SF combination delivered the highest yield and most amino acids and polyphenols with inconsistent changes on caffeine content in the leaves. The brewed tea made from the teas grown on the same lot under OM+SF or SF scored significantly higher than others by a sensory panel. The cluster analysis showed a significant correlation between the fertilization treatments and the comprehensive traits, such as yield and chemical indicators, of the Jinmudan white tea plants.
    Conclusion To reduce chemical fertilizer application by adopting the fertilization mode of OM+SF significantly benefitted the cultivation and quality of Jinmudan tea.
