基于正交试验的修剪施肥组合处理对茶树产量与生化品质的影响

Optimized Pruning and Fertilization of Tea Plants

    目的 研究不同修剪施肥处理对茶树产量与品质的影响,为春茶高质量生产提供技术参考。
    方法 以茶树品种‘白叶1号’和‘槠叶齐’为试验材料,基于正交试验设计,研究修剪时间、修剪高度、施肥水平对次年春茶产量和生化品质的影响。
    结果 提早修剪时间和增加修剪高度显著提高了茶树枝条数量和高度,对枝条茎粗无显著影响;不同修剪时间和修剪高度对春茶产量的影响存在显著差异(P<0.05),修剪时间为5月17日(A1)、修剪高度为55 cm(B3)时春茶产量较高;施肥水平为尿素225 kg·hm−2+磷酸钾复合肥750 kg·hm−2+有机肥3000 kg·hm−2(C3)时,茶叶中茶多酚、儿茶素总量及氨基酸等物质积累较多,春茶鲜叶产量亦较高,故‘白叶1号’和‘槠叶齐’均以处理Ⅲ(A1B3C3)的春茶产量最高,分别为1170.24 kg·hm−2和1261.85 kg·hm−2,较对照[10月15日修剪,修剪高度为离地70 cm,施肥水平为C2(尿素 150 kg·hm−2+磷酸钾复合肥 600 kg·hm−2+有机肥 2 250 kg·hm−2)]分别高36.77%和46.28%。
    结论 修剪施肥影响次年春茶产量和生化品质,修剪时间为5月17日、修剪高度为55 cm、施肥水平为C3的处理Ⅲ为适宜的修剪施肥组合。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Effects of pruning and fertilizing tea plants on leaf productivity and quality were studied to optimize the treatment.
    Method Time and amount of pruning as well as fertilization applied on ‘Baiye 1’ and ‘Zhuyeqi’ tea bushes were optimized in an orthogonal experiment evaluated according to the resulting yield and functional ingredients content of spring tea in the following year.
    Result Early and increased pruning significantly raised the branch number and plant height after the treatment but exerted no significant effect on the branch diameter. Pruning time and amount significantly affected the yield of spring tea on a plant (P<0.05). Pruning at the plant height of 55 cm (B3) held on May 17th (A1) with the fertilization of urea at 225 kg·hm−2, potassium phosphate compound fertilizer at 750 kg·hm−2, and an organic fertilizer at 3000 kg·hm−2 (C3) significantly enhanced the accumulations of tea polyphenols, total catechin, and amino acids in the leaves. The treatment also significantly elevated the spring tea yield of Baiye 1 to 1170.24 kg·hm−2, which was 36.77% higher than that of control i.e., the plants were pruned to a height of 70 cm on October 15th, with the fertilization of urea at 150 kg·hm−2, potassium phosphate compound fertilizer at 600 kg·hm−2, and an organic fertilizer at 2250 kg·hm−2 (C2), and of Zhuyeqi to 1261.85 kg·hm−2, which was 46.28% higher than that of control.
    Conclusion Tea bushes pruned and fertilized under the A1B3C3 combination rendered a significantly improved production of fresh leaves harvested in the spring that were rich in functional biochemicals.
