追施水溶性配方肥对茶树新梢品质的提升效果

Growth and Quality Improvements of Tea Plants by Application of Water-soluble Fertilizers

    目的 评价追施水溶性配方肥对提升茶树新梢品质的效果,进一步优化茶园养分管理策略,
    方法 在不开沟条件下,以不施肥为对照,对比追施单质氮肥、水溶性配方肥(水溶形态)和常规复合肥(非水溶形态)3种追肥处理对茶树生长量和品质的影响。
    结果 与对照相比,各追肥处理均显著促进茶树嫩枝长度、叶间距、含水率和生物量;单质氮肥相比添加磷钾元素的复合肥料(常规复合肥和水溶性配方肥)具有更好地促进茶树生长的效果(3种肥料处理的生物量相比对照分别增加150%、130%和120%),但追肥时补充磷钾元素的复合养分均能显著提高茶叶中游离氨基酸含量(高于单质氮肥处理约15%),且水溶和非水溶形态的磷钾元素补充对氨基酸含量的作用无显著差异。与追施单质氮肥和常规复合肥相比,水溶性配方肥能够显著提高鲜叶游离氨基酸(高于单质氮肥15%~20%)和叶绿素含量(高于常规复合肥5%~7%),显著降低花青素指数(低于常规复合肥4%~6%),改善茶叶汤色品质,但在新梢的茶多酚含量、酚氨比方面无显著影响。
    结论 在不开沟情况下,撒施水溶性配方肥能够有效补充茶园土壤有效养分含量,提高茶叶品质,为优化茶园追肥策略提供了科学依据。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Effects of various fertilizers containing water-soluble ingredients on the growth and quality of tea plants were evaluated to optimize the fertilization practice at plantations.
    Method In a field experiment without trenching, along with no fertilization as control (CK), a nitrogen fertilizer (T1), a water-soluble fertilizer (T2), or a compound fertilizer (T3) was applied on the lots for topdressing to compare the growth and quality of tea bushes.
    Results  In comparison with CK, all the fertilization treatments increased the shoot length, distance between leaves, moisture content, and biomass of the tea plants over CK. T1 was more effective in promoting growth than T3, which included phosphorus and potassium, as the biomass of the T1-treated plants was increased by 150%, but those of the T3-treated counterparts by 130% and the T2-treated ones by 120%. The free amino acid content was significantly higher in the plants treated by T3 with a 15% more than in those treated by T1. However, the water solubility of the added phosphorus and potassium in T3 did not significantly affect the amino acid content. On the other hand, the fresh leaves of the plants grown under T2 had significantly 15-20% more free amino acids than those under T1 and 5-7% more chlorophyll under T3. T2 also produced brewed tea with improved color but not significantly differed from T1 on the polyphenol content, phenol to ammonia ratio, and anthocyanin index of the shoots.
    Conclusion On the plantation field without trenching, the water-soluble fertilizer (T2) amply supplied the essential nutrients needed for an efficient growth of the tea plants. Its application also significantly improved tea quality over the other fertilizers.
