茶树新品种‘春绿’区域试验报告

Regional Tests for Developing New Tea Variety, Chunlü

    目的 开展茶树新品种‘春绿’的选育研究,以筛选特早生优质绿茶品种、提升福建绿茶品质及丰富高香绿茶生产用种需求。
    方法 以‘福云6号’为母本,‘早春毫’为父本,进行人工杂交选育出茶树新品种‘春绿’。
    结果 历经16年的鉴定,发现‘春绿’春季萌发期比对照‘福鼎大白茶’早10 d以上;芽梢密度与鲜叶产量均与对照‘福鼎大白茶’相当;香气、滋味在福安社口点、武夷山点与连江长龙点连续3年超过对照。抗性调查发现,‘春绿’茶树品种抗虫性较强、抗旱与抗寒性也较强(均与对照相当),适合福建及相似地区栽培。
    结论 ‘春绿’为发芽密度大,持嫩性强,芽叶较肥壮,茸毛较多,且制绿茶花香显的茶树新品种。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective An early-maturing, high-quality tea cultivar for making aromatic green tea was bred to extend the current selection of raw material.
    Method ‘Chunlü’ was bred by the artificial hybridization using ‘Fuyun 6’ as the female parent and ‘Zaochunzao’ as the male parent.
    Result After 16 years of testing and evaluation, ‘Chunlü’ was proven to sprout more than 10d earlier in spring than it took for the reference, ‘Fuding Dabaicha’, with comparable bud density and fresh leaf yield. In three consecutive years, it outperformed control with respect to aroma and taste in the sensory evaluation sessions held in Shekou (Fu’an), Wuyishan, and Lianjiang. It also exhibited stronger resistance to infestation, drought, and low temperatures than control.
    Conclusion ‘Chunlü’ was a newly bred tea variety that sprouted early and densely with robust growth. The leaves remained tender for a long while with abundant trichomes and pronounced floral fragrance. Thus, Chunlü could be an additional cultivar to be cultivated in Fujian and similar regions for making green teas.
