9种杀菌剂及其混配剂对茶饼病菌的抑制效果

Determination of the Inhibitory Activity of Fungicides against Exobasidium Vexans

    目的 为明确不同杀菌剂对茶饼病菌生长的抑制效果。
    方法 采用菌丝生长速率法测定9种杀菌剂(化学农药4种、生物农药5种)对茶饼病菌的抑菌活性,并选用其中5种杀菌剂(1种化学农药和4种生物农药)两两混配形成9个类别,再按不同混配比(1∶4、1∶1、2∶3、3∶2、4∶1,mg·L−1)组合获得45种混配剂,测定其对茶饼病菌的协同增效作用。
    结果 9种杀菌剂对茶饼病菌具有抑制效果,其中化学农药70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂和生物农药1%申嗪霉素悬浮剂抑菌效果最好,EC50分别为0.00760.2941 mg·L−1。45种混配剂中有31种具有增效作用,其中10∶1水溶性松针粉与0.2%补骨脂种子提取物微乳剂以1∶4混配时增效作用最强,增效系数为427.6730;12种混配剂具有相加作用;2种混配剂具有拮抗作用。
    结论 在本试验条件下,9种杀菌剂中以70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂、1%申嗪霉素悬浮剂的抑菌效果最好,45种混配剂中以10∶1水溶性松针粉与0.2%补骨脂种子提取物微乳剂的混配组合,且混配比为1∶4的抑菌效果最好。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective  Efficacies of fungicides in preventing and controlling the disease on tree plants caused by Exobasidium vexans were determined.
    Method  In vitro antifungal activity of 4 chemical pesticides, 5 biopesticides, and mixtures of them against E. vexans mycelial growth were tested. Treatments included the applications of 45 agents by pairing 5 of the pesticides in the mass ratios of 1∶4, 1∶1, 2∶3, 3∶2, and 4∶1 in 9 categories to evaluate the synergistic fungicidal effect.
    Result The application of 70% thiophanate-methyl wettable powder or 1% shenqinmycin suspension concentrate showed the lowest EC50 of 0.0076 mg·L−1 and 0.2941 mg·L−1, respectively, of the individual pesticides in inhibiting E. vexans growth. Of the 45 paired compounds, 31 exhibited synergisms. The 1∶4 combination of the mixture of 10 parts of water-soluble pine needle powder to one part of the microemulsion of 0.2% Psoralea corylifolia L. seed extract had the strongest synergistic interaction index of 427.6730. There were 12 pairings exerted varying additive effects and two antagonistic on each other.
    Conclusion The most effective fungicides used singly for controlling E. vexans were 70% thiophanate-methyl wettable powder and 1% shenqinmycin suspension concentrate. The greatest synergism between the paired pesticides was found in a 1∶4 ratio of the 10∶1 water-soluble pine needle powder and the microemulsion of 0.2% Psoralea corylifolia L. seeds extract.
