“茶食宴”——湘茶·湘菜·湘绣的创新融合

Tea Banquet of Hunan–Integrating Provincial Specialties of Tea, Cuisine, and Embroidery

  • 摘要: 在文化强国战略与非遗活态传承理念的双重指引下,推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化与创新性发展势在必行。本研究基于非遗活态传承视角,聚焦湘茶、湘菜、湘绣三大湖湘文化瑰宝的创新融合路径,以“茶食宴”为切入点,探索其文化内涵与时代价值。通过文献研究法梳理茶食宴的历史脉络,并选取湖南长沙绣园“潇湘八景·湖红茶宴”为典型案例,运用案例分析法深入剖析其融合实践。研究发现:绣园通过空间营造、主题设计、烹饪创新及意境表达,构建了集视觉审美、味觉体验与文化感知于一体的多维融合模式,实现了湘茶、湘菜、湘绣 “美美与共,相得益彰”的协同效应,是非遗活态传承的生动体现。这一实践不仅将非遗从静态保护推向动态的生活化传承,丰富了茶在当代生活中的应用场景,拓展了茶文化的传播维度,也为非遗活化、地域文化品牌打造及满足人民美好生活需求提供了创新思路与实践路径。

     

    Abstract: In an attempt to create an entertaining activity that was built upon the cultural inheritance of Hunan province, an innovative idea of “tea banquent” that integrated tea drinking, dining on exquisite cuisines, and appreciating intricate folk art of embroidery emerged on the market recently. To assemble the treasured traditions of Hunan in the activity, the historical “Eight Views of Xiao-Xiang-Hunan Black Tea and Gourmet Banquet” was adopted by Changsha Embroidery Garden. Through spatial design, theme selection, recipe creation, and stage presentation, they formulated a unique program that provided sensual, gastronomical, and cultural entertainment for the customers. The pleasure of integrating tea sipping, food tasting, and embroidery appreciation seamlessly immersed the participants in the cultural inheritance. In such setting, the local intangible cultural heritage (ICH) would be embedded in the customer’s mind and subconsciously passed on to the people and community they encountered later. Likely, as a side effect, the transaction would turn out to be free public relations and advertising that enrich brand recognition and gain marketing advantage on the specialties as well as tourism for Hunan province.
