茶多酚抗肥胖作用研究进展

ResearchProgress on Anti-obesity Property of Tea Polyphenols

  • 摘要: 随着肥胖率持续增高,寻求天然抗肥胖药物成为人们持续关注的热点。茶多酚是茶叶中主要活性成分,大量研究表明其在抗肥胖方面具有良好的作用效果,可通过调节酶活性,抑制脂肪的积累、促进脂肪氧化,刺激机体能量的消耗、调控信号通路,减轻肥胖炎症、调节肠道菌群紊乱,促进优势菌增长等途径有效预防和控制肥胖。本文综述了近年来茶多酚调控肥胖的药理活性及作用机理,从而为开发天然减肥功能食品和药物提供有益参考。

     

    Abstract: Polyphenolsis a unique ingredient in tea that is believed to be active in cancerprevention, pathogenic growth inhibition, antioxidant enhancement, and anti-obesity.As overweight becomes an increasing health concern worldwide, the search fornatural agents to curtail the ailment has received a heightened attention amongthe medical and scientific professionals as well as the consumers. Numerousstudies have shown a significant anti-obese effect of tea polyphenols by waysof regulating enzyme activity, inhibiting adipose accumulation, promoting lipidoxidation, stimulating energy consumption, moderating signal pathways, reducingobesity inflammation, repairing intestinal flora disorder, and promotingprobiotics. This article reviews the research advances on the effect of teapolyphenols in dealing with obesity and provides relevant references for thedevelopment of natural functional foods and supplements for weight-control andobese-mitigation.
