大力培育技能人才,促进福建茶产业发展

Cultivate Skilled Talents for Promoting the Development of Fujian Tea Industry

  • 摘要: 本文归纳整理了福建省茶行业技能大师、非物质文化遗产茶叶项目的代表性传承人、特级制茶工艺师、传统工艺传承大师、制茶大师、制茶高级工程师等五种类型技能人才的资料,分析各类人才对福建茶产业的积极作用或影响,并提出促进福建茶产业人才培养的建议,以期为各有关企事业单位认识、培育、任用技能人才提供帮助,促进茶产业发展。

     

    Abstract: By celebrating and promoting five categories of skilled talents in the trade, the tea industry can not only expect to always reach the summit on business and technical accomplishments but also successfully raise new generation of talents for its future development. The professionals in the critical fields of acclaimed expertise may include (1) uniquely skillful craftsmen in tea breed selection, cultivation, and processing, (2) technicians who inherited the wealth of intangible cultural heritage from the past, (3) specialists that master proprietary craft in tea-making, (4) associates who are deeply knowledgeable of traditional operations, and (5) senior scientists and engineers of the industry and research institutions. They are the invaluable true contributors that constantly make critical impacts on the maintenance and progress for the industry. More important, they also inspire, educate, and train young talents for the future of the business, not only in Fujian but also nationwide.
