Abstract:
As China’s industry enters the stage of high-quality development, the development of tea industry clusters is deemed to foster the activation of entire agricultural industry chain, enrich the “Domestic and International Dual Cycle” economy, and further improve the wealth of local communities in the country. With a far-sight vision, the program was designed to provide a solid foundation for the ultimate rural revitalization, modernization, and prosperity of the nation. This article deciphers the economic benefits of industry clusters in the perspective of community governance as the tea industry would move forward to achieve benefit/efficiency maximization, extension model construction, barrier assessment, and problem solving. To aid local organizations and governing agencies in the implementation, some practices to deeply integrate relevant factors, effectively establish clusters, solidify links between functioning elements, enhance existing advantages, strengthen intrinsic motivating forces, and capitalize developmental potentials are summarized as reference for our colleagues in their decision-making and effort to meet the challenges in the new era of high-quality industrial advancement.
